The 2025 Parade of Homes Plus Remodelers Showcase, presented by the Builders Association of Elkhart County (BAEC), invites you to explore homes that exemplify innovation, craftsmanship, and design excellence. This year's event features six stunning new homes, one expertly renovated remodel, and a unique tiny home crafted by Concord High School's Building Trades students. Homes are located throughout Elkhart and Bristol, Indiana, as well as Union, Michigan, offering a variety of architectural styles and design ideas. Tour hours are 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekends.

Ticket Pricing:
