ASSOCIATE $692.50 Annually

An Associate Member is any individual who is the owner of or employed by a firm engaged in the profession related to the building industry.

Examples include, but are not limited to, sub-contractors, architects, product installers, landscapers, drywallers, heating and air, real estate professionals, and other residential service providers.

BUILDER $692.50 Annually

A Builder Member is any individual who owns or is employed by a firm that has been in the business of building or remodeling homes, apartments, schools, commercial industrial, or other structures. Or does land development.

Requirements:

Participate in the Indiana Quality Assurance Builders Standards

Certificate of General Liability with minimum coverage of $500,000
